Christopher Klüß is responsible for quality management, administration, real estate and the cocoa department. Marco Franz is responsible for operations, customs and the coffee department. According to the new dual leadership, the cooperation in the first months in the new position went very well. The slogan “Not should, could, would – just Do!” is being lived.
