Quality Management Employee (m/f/d)
To complete our team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the area of quality management to support our quality manager as soon as possible. As a member of the HACCP team, you will work in the areas of logistics, warehousing & blending of green coffee & tea.
Your tasks
- Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits
- Tours of the production facility
- Support with certifications in accordance with GFSI, Organic and NOP as well as NGO certifications
- Support and further development of the document management system and its maintenance
- Member of the HACCP team
- Support with all other tasks in the QM area
Your requirements
- Successfully completed studies or training in the field of food technology, industrial biology, ecotrophology or similar
- First professional experience in the field of quality management
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High level of initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Experience and interest in operational processes and procedures with a focus on quality management
- Experience in or interest in food safety culture (HACCP, GFSI certifications)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German
- Knowledge of English an advantage
