Dispatcher (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement for our transport team, in which you can take over the scheduling of our own trucks on your own responsibility.

Your tasks
- You are responsible for container planning and scheduling in local and regional transport.
- You plan the disposition and loading of our vehicles (bulk) in local and long-distance traffic in close coordination with the warehouse.
- You create the corresponding orders in the system
- You are also responsible for dispatching the drivers of our own and external fleets as well as placing orders with external fleets.
- You are responsible for the scheduling of drivers and equipment.
- The continuous improvement of processes is a matter of course for you.
Your requirements
- Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training (e.g. as a forwarding agent or forwarding and logistics service management assistant).
- Initial experience in (container) scheduling and invoicing of transport services
- Knowledge of cargo support desirable
- Customs knowledge is an advantage
- Quick comprehension
- Self-reliance and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
