Customer Support Logistics - Coffee (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Processing shipping orders
- Communicating with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Creating the removal documents
- Warehouse/inventory management
- Creating export papers and export documents
- Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
- Creation of transport orders
- Occasional customs clearance (T1/T2 procedure, export declarations) and customs warehouse write-offs (Dakosy, AC, own ERP AX)
- Invoice verification
- Invoicing in the course of outsourcing
- Familiarisation with inbound topics
Your requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or in wholesale and foreign trade
- You already have initial or several years of experience in commercial processing and processes in logistics or foreign trade
- Knowledge of customs clearance/formalities is desirable but not a must
- You have a careful, structured and independent way of working
- Logical thinking is one of your strengths
- You are also characterised by a high sense of responsibility and flexibility
- You enjoy working in a team
- You have good PC skills (MS Office)
- Fluency in written and spoken German rounds off your profile
