Zadania
- Coordination of tasks in production and in the warehouse
- Organising work and instructing industrial employees
- Active participation and implementation of optimisation and further development projects in coordination / cooperation with the production manager
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the entire area of responsibility
- Control and prioritisation of daily incoming and outgoing goods and production
- Active collaboration in the production of production orders and their provision
- Quality control
- Ensuring occupational safety
- Operational representation of the production manager in case of absence
Wymagania
- Training or experience in logistics / warehouse and / or production
- Proven experience in the area of foreman / shift supervisor
- Experience in instructing personnel
- Good understanding of IT (e.g. knowledge of handhelds)
- Hands-on mentality (‘go-getter’ and ‘doer’)
- Results- and solution-orientated way of working
- Good communication skills
- Forklift licence (forklift licence)
- Confident command of written and spoken German
