Zadania
- Independent processing of shipping orders
- Customer contact by telephone and e-mail
- Drawing up the stock removal documents
- Warehouse/inventory management
- Preparation of export papers and export documents
- Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
- Supporting the team leader in day-to-day business and as a substitute in case of absence
- Preparation of transport orders
- Carrying out customs clearance
- Invoice verification
Wymagania
- Completed commercial training, preferably in wholesale and foreign trade or forwarding merchant
- (Initial) experience in commercial processing and processes in logistics / export processing
- First experience in leading small teams or interest in learning this and acting as a representative
- Knowledge in the field of customs clearance/formalities desirable but not a must
- Confident, independent and accurate way of working
- Ability to prioritise and communicate effectively
- Sociability, commitment and ability to work in a team
- Basic knowledge of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX)
