Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for all activities in the field of storage and transport. You ensure that the transports run smoothly and the relevant administration is carried out correctly. In addition, you are the lynchpin between the organization and the company's customers. Vollers B.V. is a medium-sized logistics organization that provides storage and handling of cocoa beans, coffee and general cargo in the ports of Amsterdam and Zaandam and in Dongen.
At this branch, Vollers Tea Services B.V., the position of Customer Service Representative has arisen in Dongen.
The organization with about 40 employees is one of the eight international companies belonging to the Vollers Group. A professional partner with more than 85 years of experience in handling, transporting, declaring, storing and refining goods. Zadania
- Taking on, coordinating and organizing transports.
- Drafting contracts, bills of lading and other documents required for the import and export of goods.

- Arranging storage and insurance of goods
- Supervising transports from start to finish
- You are the spider in the web between customers, warehouse and carriers.

Wymagania
- You have at least a mbo level 4 diploma.
- You have several years of experience in a similar position with knowledge of import containers and basic knowledge of logistics processes and warehousing.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English in speech and writing. German is an advantage.
- You have a customer- and quality-oriented attitude and can organize your own work well.
- A sense of responsibility and accuracy are important in this position.
- You are communicatively strong and can handle stressful situations well.
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- You are a team player to organize the work together.
