Zadania
- You are responsible for the technical management of our scheduling department
- You will be responsible for planning and scheduling local and long-distance transport as well as the corresponding order creation in the system
- You will also be responsible for dispatching drivers from our own and external fleets and placing orders with external fleets
- You are responsible for planning the deployment of drivers and equipment
- The continuous improvement of processes is a matter of course for you.
- Creation & implementation of KPIs
- You develop our transport division with the respective division managers in a customer-oriented manner
- You will report directly to the overall coffee operations management
Wymagania
- Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training (e.g. as a forwarding agent or forwarding and logistics service manager) - but you are also welcome as a career changer with a passion for dispatching lorry transports
- (First) experience in leading teams
- Several years of experience in the scheduling and invoicing of transport services
- Experience in the area of transport key figures
- Experience in the use of forwarding software
- Customs knowledge is an advantage
- Quick comprehension skills
- Reliability and ability to work under pressure
- Self-reliance and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English
