Commercial clerk in the logistics department (m/w/d)

Zadania
- Independent processing of orders / order entry
- Communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Processing customer complaints and damage reports and initiating claims settlement
- Recording storage and retrieval as well as transport in the system
- Contributing ideas to optimise the supply chain from loading to unloading
- Managing tea samples in the system and managing the database of flavours and ingredients
- Entering tea blending orders in the system
- Coordinating and monitoring delivery dates
- Invoicing forwarding services and checking incoming invoices
Wymagania
- You have successfully completed commercial training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or similar
- You already have initial or several years of experience in the field of commercial processing and processes in logistics or foreign trade
- You have a careful, structured and independent way of working
- Logical thinking is one of your strengths
- You are also characterised by a high sense of responsibility and flexibility
- You enjoy working in a team
- You have good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Very good written and spoken German skills round off your profile
